We can’t wait for you to explore every corner of our property and capture its unique charm. Whether it’s the serene mornings by the ocean, the cozy elegance of our interiors, or the magical sunsets over the water, we’re excited to see how you bring Kirra Abode to life through your lens.

What’s included?
As part of our exchange, you’ll receive a ~$600 stay at The Kirra Abode with full access to everything that makes our airbnb a truly special retreat, plus:

Start your day with a refreshing dip in our saltwater pool, available for use from 8am to 8pm.

Take a leisurely stroll through our direct beachfront access to Kirra Beach, where you can enjoy stunning ocean views, dip in the ocean, whale watching and dolphin spotting.

You’ll have access to all our amenities, including plush linens, pool towels, Smeg coffee machine and coffee, plus everything our paying guests get to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

No, you don’t need to be an influencer to apply! We welcome talented content creators of all kinds. However, it’s important that you’re skilled in content creation and use a good quality camera, in addition to phone content, to capture high-resolution images and engaging videos. We will ask for your portfolio before accepting the exchange to ensure we are a fit for each other. Savvy social media skills are also essential to effectively showcase our property and connect with your audience.

We’re looking for high-quality photographs and engaging reels that showcase the unique features, ambiance, and experience of our beachfront Airbnb. This includes exterior and interior shots, lifestyle moments, and any distinctive amenities or views and can extend to your creative eye. We want to see our abode and surrounding Kirra through your lens. Photos must be high quality so we can use them on our website, and videos must be in both horizontal and vertical format so we can share on our website and socials.

Your stay, a value of a minimum of $700, is in exchange for your content. To book, however, we have to implement a Payment-Refund process to ensure everything goes smoothly. You'll receive an invitation to book The Kirra Abode at a special rate of ~$150 which will be fully refunded to you by Marisa through once we receive your finished content.
If you are a no-show, or you cancel we retain the rights to keep your deposit. Please see our refund policy at the end of this list.
We used to offer stays without this process, but we found that some creators didn’t follow through with their side of the exchange. All the details of this process are in the brief, and we appreciate your understanding!
The cleaning fee is at no expense to you. We cover that on our end. -
We encourage you to be creative and capture what inspires you. We have guidelines in the brief to highlight key features and unique aspects we'd like included in your content, while also encouraging you to feel free to explore and showcase the property in a way that resonates with you and your audience.

At The Kirra Abode, we’re all about creating a peaceful, adult-only vibe. We currently don't accomodate pets or kids, but feel free to bring along one adult guest to enjoy your working-stay. Just mention them at the time of booking and you're good to go!

We understand that things happen. If you cancel within 48 hours of locking in dates with us on airbnb, you’ll receive a full refund.
To keep it fair to ourselves and other creators who were applying for your spot, 50% of your deposit is kept if you cancel 14 days prior to your slot.
You will not receive a refund if you cancel 1 week or less before your scheduled stay.
Exceptions are of course made for extenuating circumstances, where you’re required to provide Airbnb with proof as per their policy.

We do want this to be a fun exchange for all, and in most cases, we would be happy to change your reservation dates so that you do not lose out on the content opportunity or your full refund once the content is exchanged.
